School Timings :

  • Morning Session: 09.00 a.m. to 12.50 p.m.
  • Lunch Break: 12.50 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.
  • Afternoon Session: 01.30 p.m. to 04.15 p.m

School Fee :

For payment of school fees kindly follow the directions given from the school office.

CONDUCT, PUNCTUALITY, AND DISCIPLINE

1. We attach importance to courtesy, integrity, good manners, good discipline, and respect for others. The pupil must take a full part in the activities of the school, attend each working day, be punctual, work hard at their subjects, well behaved and must comply with the school rules about the wearing of uniform and general appearance.
2. Full school uniform should be worn daily. On Wednesday sports uniform prescribed by the school, is compulsory
for all. Flowers should not be used along with the school uniform.
3. In view of developing an egalitarian mentality among the students, the school does not encourage jewelry in any
form including a wristwatch along with a school uniform.
4. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, any kind of cheating such as forging a parent’s signature or altering marks or immodesty in dress or misbehavior injurious to the moral tone of the school, and causing damage to any school property is sufficient reason for the dismissal of the student.
5. All pupils should be present for all the functions of the school. They should be present on the re-opening day after each vacation and on the last working day of every term, absence on these days will be viewed seriously. 
6. Students should avoid taking leave as much as possible. In case of illness, Leave Letter must be produced along with a medical certificate for being absent for more than two days. When the student returns to the class he/she should get the Principal’s signature in the leave record printed in the school diary. For unavoidable functions, prior permission must be obtained from the Principal in writing. As for the Students of std. X, XI, and XII, if she/he takes leave for more than one day, the parent should meet the principal on the following day between 8.30 a.m. and 9.00 am.
7. No exemption will be granted for absence during examinations whatever may the reason be. If absent for any examination, even if it is just a day due to illness, a medical certificate should be produced. However reexamination will not be conducted.
8. No student is allowed to go out of the school campus (during working hours) once they enter the school. 
9. Every pupil is expected to be courteous and good-natured. They should always greet their teachers and elders in a pleasant manner. Misbehaviour and use of foul language, gross insubordination to school authorities
and teachers will be seriously dealt with which may even lead to the expulsion of the pupil concerned from the
school.

10. Every student is expected to keep up the tone of the school by excelling in his/her conduct, good manners, cleanliness, and self-discipline both in and out of the school and trying to live up to the motto

“SERVE WITH LOVE”

GENERAL RULES OF THE SCHOOL:

1. Every student is expected to be in the classroom by 8.50 am. After the first bell, no student is allowed to enter the classroom. In case of late arrival, the student must report to the school office and only with the permission of the Principal she /he will be allowed to attend classes.
2. During class hours no student should be seen loitering around.
3. Perfect silence must be observed during and after the assembly and in places like Library and Laboratories (Science, Computer, and Language lab) to facilitate learning.
4. In the absence of the teacher, the class captain is responsible for maintaining discipline.
5. Students are solely responsible for their belongings such as books, writing materials, tiffin boxes, etc. 
6. Students are not allowed to bring to school CDs, Floppies, pen drives, Cameras, mobiles magazines,
periodicals and any other articles that do not contribute to the student’s learning and proper character formation.
7. The medium of instruction in this school is English and it is the free option of the parent to enroll their ward in this school, hence each pupil is expected to converse only in English on the school campus.
8. Giving or exchanging gifts among students, to teachers, and personal celebrations are strictly prohibited in the school.
9. Staff and students are forbidden to organize any meetings or parties and collect money on the school campus without the permission of the principal.
10. When any damage is caused to the school property by any pupil, it should be brought to the notice of the Principal immediately. 
11. Parents who wish to meet the Principal may do so between 3.00 pm and 4.00 pm.
12. Once the school hours are over, students who go home by themselves should go home straight without loitering on the road or hanging out in nearby shops.
13. Parents, guardians, or servants are not allowed to go to the classrooms at any time to meet the children or their teachers. In case of an emergency, the permission of the Principal should be obtained.
14. Parents should see that the leave letters are sent on time.
15. Promotion results will be sent to the parents by post, during the first week of May. Once the results have been published no appeal will be considered.
16. No T.C. will be issued before the promotion results are announced. Once T.C. is issued, re-admission will not be
possible during the same academic year.
17. Change of address and contact number of parents/ guardians should be notified to the principal without delay.

18. Parents should make it a point to remit the fees on the days prescribed for each class. Kindly get direction from the school office on the mode of payment.
19. Each year Charity Day is conducted to inculcate in the students the value of SHARING with the less fortunate of
our society.
20. Students are discouraged from getting special tuition out of school hours. And students should not receive private tuition from our school teachers without the permission of the Principal.
21. Students must make proper use of the library facilities available in the school. They must handle the books responsibly.
22. Enlisting the students in the school implies that the parents/guardians and students agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the school formed by the management from time to time and it must be strictly followed.
23. Parents who wish to take the T.C at the end of the academic year should make the application on or before 30th April of each academic year.
